How to refund Skins in Valorant?
- First, you will have to go to the Riot Games Support Website.
- Once you are here you will have to click on the Valorant section and open the next page.
- Click on either the Purchase History or Refund Unused items section.
- Now, log in with your official Valorant account.
- After this, you should be able to see your complete Purchase History in a list.
- Next, look for the skin that you want to refund or return in the game.
- Click on the Refund button right next to it.
- Now, another Valorant Client will open and you will be able to refund the selected skin.
Terms and Conditions
However, as with everything there are certain Terms and Conditions that you will have to follow to refund Valorant Skins. You will only be able to get a refund if you satisfy certain conditions. These conditions are as follows:
- The Skin that you want to refund should be unused.
- Your purchase shouldn’t be more than 14 days old.
- It should also be recognized as an official refundable item.
What qualifies as a Refundable item?
Only VP and Weapon Skins are applicable for Refunds. Character Contract Levels, Premium Battle Pass, Premium Battle Pass Levels, Weapon Skin Levels, Radianite Points, and Bundles don’t qualify.
