Fade is the latest agent to be added to Valorant’s roaster. And with that came the first look at her appearance in the game. With her cool new abilities and acting as a new initiator in the game, many say that she looks very similar to our Mexican dualist, Reyna. So how similar are the two then? In this Fade Vs Reyna guide, we will learn about the differences and similarities between the two in Valorant.

Fade Vs Reyna: Which Is The Better Agent In Valorant?

Comparison of Fade Vs Reyna in Valorant

Here are all the differences and similarities between Reyna and Fade in Valorant.

Appearance

Based on their looks alone, a lot of players are counting on Fade being Reyna’s lost sister. Or at least close friends. Hopefully, the two enjoy each other’s company as we can see that they’d be a great pair on the offensive. Wiping the floor clean together, Fayna is a friend-ship that would literally kill. Fade and Reyna both have similar looks and faces even though they hail from different cultures. While Reyna is Mexican, Fade comes from Turkey.

Valorant Class

An initiator and dualist both have very different jobs in the game. Based on the name, while Reyna’s impact is more aggressive, Fade is here to lead her team into a fight. There may be many agents that are set up for one role but have play styles that suit another. But these two are very set in their individual classes. And this makes it hard to compare Reyna with Fade since their functions in a match are very different from one another.

Abilities

While both may have Paranoia as part of their abilities, that is about how far they go with common abilities. Use Prowler with Fade or Leer with Reyna to cause nearsightedness to your opponent. Now you can kill them off from afar and get on with your match. But apart from this, these two women have barely anything in common.

While Reyna’s kit is based on complete aggression, Fade is all about recon and a slower death to her opponents. This doesn’t make her any less fun to play but it would be better to compare her to Sova or Skye.

Fade’s unique abilities make her the perfect initiator as she is able to do recon with her Haunt and Prowler. But for those of you that like to go in a bit more aggressively, she can easily use Seize to catch her enemies. Nightfall easily combines the rest to make the biggest “impact” in the game. This gives those that don’t often enjoy playing as an initiator the chance to go in with one that is a little more aggressive than others. But no matter your preference, you are going to love playing Fade.

All in all, I’d say that Fade is a very powerful Agent in Valorant and Reyna really can’t be compared to her. The two would be great together in a team of attackers and cause destruction wherever they go. What are your thoughts on Reyna Vs Fade? Which of the two do you prefer?
